Today was hottest day today with the temperature reaching 18 °C!!!
That was the best day to start Boot Camp opening season for 2014.
Boot camp fitness classes challenge the mind as well as the body. We had a mixture of body weight exercises and weight exercises with kettle bells, medicine ball as well as resistance band.
Kettle bells were nominated as the best ones by all participants:))) yes I love them too. There wouldn’t be a proper workout if we would miss burpees!!! (my favorites) and push ups with core strengthening plank.
Well done to all the ladies!. We all had a great time and looking forward to next Sunday 9am at South Croydon Recreational Park! Boot camp will continue regardless the weather conditions:)))
Why boot camp?
It combines cardiovascular and resistance training in one effective workout and the benefits are:

P.S. Essentials to have with you:
1. Water – A BIG BOTTLE!
2. training gloves or any as we will put our hands on the ground
3. small towel
4. comfortable clothes that can get dirty:)))
5.and finally – positive attitude!
I will take care of the rest:)))) and promise a great workout, individual and group advice on exercises (e.g. lower back pain), nutrition, well being, motivation etc…
