WHY VEGAN!!! LOOSING WEIGHT WITH VEGETABLES:)))

I decided to change to vegan diet in April 2013 after watching a great documentary about 20 years of research that explain what impact have animal proteins on human body. “Forks over knives” use to available on Netflix… checked today it is not but search online for full movie. The research shows that cancer and heart diseases are highly linked to animal protein diet.

Since then I advise all of my customer to watch the same documentary and hopefully to switch to vegan diet.
