PROJECT 10™ winner Zerric Harper from Capitol Heights, MD felt all odds were stacked against him when it came to making healthy choices. He worked evening shifts and his entire meal pattern was unpredictable. “I was used to eating late and having erratic life patterns,” Zerric shares. “When I first started on The Challenge, the hardest thing for me to do was get on a schedule.”
Zerric had to retrain himself. “I had to get up earlier to have my morning Vi-Shape® Shake, no matter what. In order to see changes, I had to find consistency.” After just two weeks, drinking the shakes became a fun habit. “Then, I wanted to do more to see more changes, so I decided to start exercising.”
Now Zerric exercises consistently and others are watching his transformation. “Vi has made me want to eat better, live better, and help others do the same!”
